I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to Bridget Newton for all the help and support she has given me and for making things so uncomplicated. Recruiting sales executives for a company who have only ever used newspaper advertising to attract staff I knew I would have my work cut out convincing them to try something new. I met with Bridget and having discussed the various options available from My Job Group we settled on job postings in the relevant areas and a CV search. Everything was explained to me clearly and any questions I had were answered promptly. Although I was sure this was the way forward others were not. I needed a good result from the jobs I posted to silence the sceptics.
The result I got was amazing. We had instant success. Not only did we receive a high volume of CV’s almost over night but the quality of the applicants was fantastic. Even before the vacancies became inactive we had successfully interviewed and trained more than 10 new sales people 4 marketing team leaders and 2 customer care advisors. The sites are easy to navigate for both recruiters and applicants. Recruiting new staff can often be extremely time consuming and at times quite tedious, My Job Group has made it fast, effective and enjoyable. On price, 1 ad placed in a national newspaper for 1 day cost more than 100 job postings with myjobgroup and gave us a fraction of the result. As discussed, here is the feedback from it.The number of applications exceeded previous recruitment adverts placed in local newspapers - approximately 94 applications. A good response to our 18 hour vacancy. From previous experience, part time vacancies are a lot harder to recruit to. There was no change in the quality of candidate we received compared to other, more expensive adverts.The recruiters area on your website was excellent. It enables us to see the number of hits and applications at a glance - something you cannot do when using other forms of media to advertise. Very cost effective - approximately 90% cheaper than the press for 2 weeks for 4 jobs is fantastic - A Sheffield Start advert would cost over £4k for just one edition!!!
All in all, a very successful recruitment process - we will definitelty use the website again when any further vacancies arise. Thank you

The result we got was mediocre to say the least.
