Our Retail Contact Centres lie right at the heart of the business. All based in the UK, we have over 6000 colleagues handling millions of calls coming into the business every month.

These range from simple queries, such as checking an account balance, which can be dealt with by our automated system, to more complex enquiries, which have to be handled in person by one of our consultants.
