We are a locally based expanding Housing Association working in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, managing around 4500 homes and providing a wide range of care and supported housing services. We are a charitable, non-profit making organisation, controlled by a Board of Management made up from volunteers who meet every month.
We started life in 1972 and have been going from strength to strength – notable highlights include – the fact that we were the only Housing Association winners of John Prescott’s £60k House Competition, we are sponsors of Safe Haven Yorkshire a service for Asylum Seekers, we received a full set of green traffic lights from our regulator, we were short-listed as national “Employer of Choice” by the National Housing Federation, we are accredited with Investors in People, our turnover is up to £50 million pa, and the list goes on.
