The role: Working in a predominantly telesales environment, our client are currently recruiting candidates with a passion for sales and customer service. The role will involve dealing with calls to new and existing customers, and providing an unrivalled level of service!.
The successful candidate will have:
§ Previous experience within a sales focussed environment, and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service knowledge and skills
§ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
§ Excellent communication skills, and the confidence to deal with a variety of customer questions and queries in a fast paced environment
§ Good level of PC literacy with the ability to learn new systems
To be a great Customer Sales Advisor you will have bags of enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude. You will enjoy working as part of a team but will have the skills to work independently to get a job done.
