Our client a major South Yorkshire based FMCG and Supply Chain organisation are keen to recruit a Shift Engineer Supervisor to join their existing technical and maintenance team.
Based on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift, working 12 hour shifts, 2 days 2 nights, 4 off. Salary will be in the region of £28000 with overtime and graded increments.
Key duties will include:
*To record and log all requests for maintenance and fault repairs from internal clients.
*To delegate and allocate specific jobs to maintenance team.
*To communicate with supervisory representatives and keep management informed throughout repair process.
*To monitor and review work carried out by engineers and ensure effective performance.
*Conformation with all required Health & Safety practices.
