Our client is looking to recruit an executive PA to enhance the effectiveness of the Operations Department by providing administrative support and representing the Company to others. This is a temporary ongoing role, salary is dependant upon experience.
Summary of main responsibilities; Manage director’s diaries to ensure that their time is efficiently organised and planned, including organising, coordinating and providing full administrative support to appropriate departmental and cross-functional meetings. Ensure meeting agendas are complied and distributed absolutely in keeping with all deadlines. Takes minutes in direct report and other routine meetings and circulate appropriately.
Make domestic and international travel arrangements. Assists directors with routine correspondence and presentations. Organise and maintain a central filing system. Prioritises information flow internally and externally.
Previous PA experience at Director level is essential. Typing speed must be at least 55 wpm; advanced level Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills essential.
