A small growing company within the electrical products industry are looking to develop their Internal Sales team, and are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to drive the sales function forward.
The role will be to undertake, organise and develop the telemarketing and telesales day to day process. You will work to achieve development of sales, in an uncapped bonus structure environment. The role will be to conduct telesales activity, also handling inbound enquiries and calls and developing these in to sales. You will build the income to the point that additional staff can be recruited to replace your daily call activity.
In the long term, you will develop a team and manage their performance and training, and you will have overall responsibility for the sales process which will include the areas of distribution and purchase of products.
This position will suit an ambitious person who wants to grow their career in a management role with the emphasis on sales, and the rewards that come with that. You should have proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within a busy telemarketing/sales role with target based earnings. You will have excellent people skills, with a customer focussed attitude. You should be driven, self-motivated with a creative approach. You must have a driving licence.
The basic salary will be £20,000-22,000pa negotiable based upon your relevant experience for the position, OTE £40,000pa+. Uncapped bonuses.
