A small growing company within the electrical products industry are looking to develop their Internal Sales team, and are looking for a Telesales/Telemarketing Operative to join their team.
Duties will include handling incoming calls and placing orders directly on to the computer system. You will handle enquiries and orders from potential and existing customers, giving advice and a high level of customer service. You will deal with all customer queries and problems with a professional and helpful customer approach.
The role also involves direct telesales activity, researching possible customers on the Web and call them with a view to making appointments for the sales force and /or taking orders. You will work to targets, and will have uncapped bonuses.
The successful candidate will have experience in a telesales/telemarketing position within a target driven environment. You must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, the Internet and you should also have good communication skills - both for telephone work, and email communications. You must be capable of coping with fast changing environment, and working to targets.
All product training will be given, no technical knowledge is required.
Applicants seeking part time hours will also be considered, must be able to work Wed/Thurs/Fridays.
