JOB: Technical/Engineering Manager LOCATION: Chesterfield SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000
My client a well respected supplier of large capital machinery is looking for a Technical/Engineering Manager to come in and oversee the current operations.
The role will comprise of overseeing each department and bring them all together to produce the final solution for their clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
A formal qualification in mechanical engineering
Proven experience in the Project Management of major CAPEX projects, ideally with international exposure
Strong user of Microsoft Project
Excellent project planning capabilities
Experience of man management and management of sub-contractors
Willing to travel when necessary, including internationally
Materials handling experience would be beneficial but is not essential
