Health and Safety Manager
LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY AND BENEFITS: 27-30K dependent on experience
COMPANY INFORMATION:

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
NEBOSH certificate
A member of a recognised health, safety and environment institute
Knowledge and understanding of statutory legislation in a similar industry
Previous experience of delivering training
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
A background in a manufacturing environment
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Providing professional Health and Safety support for the management team and all other employees
- Ensuring that legal requirements are adhered to at all times
- Producing training material, sourcing training providers and delivering training programmes
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Managing department spend
- Liaising with officials from the regulatory authorities to ensure the organisation is compliant with mandatory regulations
