A prestigious firm of accountants are looking to recruit an office manager/PA to join their team.

To provide good quality tax advice and low cost accountancy support services.
The company represent limited companies of varying sizes, industries and complexities. The team deal with company turnovers from £50 to £15m. From small family businesses to large privatley owned companies.
As office manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office including support staff.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the financial markets or come from a legal background.
A large part of this role is to provide PA duties to the md, this could include report writing, taking minutes for meetings, shorthand and or audio typing skills and diary management.
You will also be responsible for the company payroll, so must be proffiecient in using Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50.
