Job Title: SALES & PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: Rotherham
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £15,000 - £19,000

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Be numerate and have an excellent command of written English
-Proven organisational and administration skills
Good verbal communication skills are essential and experience of forming strong customer relationships
Competence in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Attention to detail is critical
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Qualifications in Maths and English
-The ability to understand basic technical issues
ROLE INFORMATION:
-The successful candidate will represent the company as the first point of contact, including answering the telephone and dealing promptly with all enquiries and requests for information
Ensure the companies sales and administration are efficient and effective, proposing changes to management where these seem appropriate
Manage the sales/ order process and ensure that estimates, quotations are completed promptly
Update and maintain the company's internal sales/ order processing records and customer databases
