Exciting NEW Position
An Experienced Lettings Negotiator is required to work in a busy Sheffield office, Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm), there may be some late nights and late viewings so flexibility is essential.
The role will involve on site selling so experience of handling sales is incredibly important, with the ability to build successful business relationships. You will be in charge of your own desk so effective organisational and communication skills is imperative. As previously said experience of lettings is preferred however those with sales experience can apply
The job would suit someone who is
Confident – in person and on the telephone
Can generate business
Use their own initiative and be left to get on with the tasks at hand
Work as part of a team
Deal with pressure
The salary is £12,500 per annum with a bonus scheme in place
