This is a rewarding role that involves all aspects of management from motivation, ensuring quality standards and targets are met. Other duties include managing absence and time management. The contact centre is based in S9 and deals with mail order goods.
The position is ideal for people currently working as Team Leaders as the roles covers all aspects of team management.
In return, you will receive a salary of £18887, 26 days holiday, free parking and free gym membership at the on site gym. Hours are between 8 am and 11 pm, 5 out of 7 days. You always know your shifts 4 weeks in advance so that you can plan your free time.
