A multi site manufacturing business operating within a buoyant market sector, our client is seeking to recruit a talented Operations Director.
Controlling all key operational areas within the business you will play a pivotal role in supporting this growing business and defining business processes going forward.
Your remit will be wide ranging, encompassing manufacturing, logistics, MIS and projects.
In order to thrive in this role you will need to demonstrate success at a similar level, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment. As important will be your interpersonal and leadership skills which will be essential to help you drive change.
