An exciting opportunity with a blue chip business is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join a young and dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining the nominal ledger to trial balance using a computerised system, reconciling control accounts, completing government returns including VAT returns, assisting in the completion of the monthly management accounts and assisting in the completion of the year end accounts. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, literacy skills, PC skills (Excel and Word), confident, have previous Assistant Accountant experience and have the ability to work as part of a team.
