Our client based in Sheffield are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator/Assistant to join their vibrant, friendly team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a local private company with a portfolio of around 50 properties.
Your duties within the role will involve the following:
* Showing properties
* Responding to prospective and existing tenants with enquiries
* Orgainising the day to day maintenance of the properties
* Marketing properties
* Receiving tenant complaints
* Liaising with the owners of the business
* Keeping the office records up to date
* Organising maintenance professionals, i.e. Plumbers/Electricians
You must hold relevant, recent lettings experience, with knowledge of assured shorthold tenancies and the current legislation on houses in multiple occupation, this would be a great distinct advantage.
Salary offered between £14k - £16k dependant upon experience. Your hours of work will be 9am to 5pm over 5 days a week.
