My client leaders in their industry are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator, they manufacture and distribute their products all over the UK. The person successful in the role will be responsible for the South Region, which has massive potential to grow, so there is plenty of scope to gain recognition for your achievements.
Main tasks for the role include:
Contacting potential customers to gain new business
Maintaining contact with existing customers to obtain orders/retain business
Research of existing customers sales history to analyse where business can be maximised
Taking incoming enquiries
Processing of all orders and quotes on in-house system and MS Word
Entering customer details onto Excel
Faxing promotions to customers
General office duties
This is a varied role, with the main focus on creating a rapport and maintaining relationships with customers.
You may come from a variety of backgrounds, but you must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. It’s imperative that you are comfortable with making calls to businesses with a view to asking them for business. There is no ‘hard sell’, just a lively and friendly atmosphere!
Hours of work are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
You will work on a temporary to permanent basis and must be available immediately.
