I am recruiting for an office / sales manager based in fantastic offices, to drive my clients business into continued growth. Looking after around 10 staff you will have the responsibility to train, mentor and develop the team and continually drive sales forward.
You will have responsibility for looking after other departments within the company; so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own management experience too…
You will be be involved with the sales team to ensure sales targets are met and continually adhere to deadlines. You must be sales orientated, target driven and have the ability to develop strategies to drive sales forward and be used to working within timeframes.
