You will be working for the UK's leading supplier and installer of water filtration equipment. Your role will be split into two different areas. Half of your time will be spent making appointments from warm and cold leads from a database of new and existing clients (the dispenser side). You will be making appointments for representatives to visit clients at their premises to promote the products and services further. The other side of the role will be contacting domestic customers who have dispensers in their homes already or have had previously and reminding them of the products and services available to them; in effect this is customer retention (the filter side). A ‘hard sell’ approach is not necessary, the emphasis needs to be on rapport building, forming relationships and providing information. Full support and training will be given but the right candidate will need to be enthusiastic and able to pick things up quickly and not be afraid of the phone!
