The role is to lead and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors to provide excellent customer service and drive sales to maximise business. Also involved will be dealing with escalated calls and coaching CSA’s to give the best performance.
You will be responsible for attendance and also maintaining accurate details on both team and department.
The role is a permanent one to start in November and is based in Sheffield 9. The salary is £18’887.50. The contact centre is open between 8am and 11pm, 7 days per week so some flexibility is essential. Benefits include 26 days holiday, on site car parking & on site gym.
