Credit Controllers
The key responsibilities of this role is to ensure cash collection targets are achieved in-line withthe credit policy and prompt resolution of customer queries
The Key responsibilities will also include:
o Proactive cash collection
o Commitment to reduce overdue debts
o Customer query resolution in a timely manner
o Work closely with other internal customers
o Prompt allocation of customer payments
o Maintaining effective records to ensure dealings with all customers are properly recorded
