Fantastic part time permanent vacancies to join a leading media company based in Sheffield.
You'll be dealing with inbound calls from customers who are wanting to disconnect their media services. Through effective communication you will then turn the call around and retain the customer's business.
If you're target driven, thrive on a challenge, have first rate communication skills, have at least twelve months experience of working within a target driven environment and previous experience of working within a customer care environment this could be just what you're looking for.
We are looking for people who can work a minimum of 20 hours each week covering the hours of Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
