We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to work in a busy environment - to identify and source vacancies, creating employment and placement opportunities for clients. To successfully match clients to the opportunities, ensuring that identified goals are met.
Your role will include -
Telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, to develop and maintain records of current and potential employers.
Conducts one to one interviews with clients.
Secure repeat business through strong customer relationships.
Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management.
Previous Experience should include -
Sales experience, including cold calling and telesales.
Face-to-face negotiating.
Maintaining employer relations.
Interviewing experience.
The ideal candidate will -
Be able to drive and have their own transport.
Numerate and literate.
Self-motivated, trustworthy and determined with a desire to succeed.
Target focused and results driven.
