Sales Office Administrator
To cover 9 months maternity leave commencing August 2008
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm ( Lunch 30 mins )
The person appointed will be responsible for a number of Administrative tasks relating to the Sales Organisation.
My client a group of Companies is involved in the manufacture and distribution of spray nozzles and spray equipment throughout the UK and the World.
Based on the Sales desk the tasks performed will include administering order receipt and confirmation, liaison with the despatch department in arranging the delivery of goods. Supply of delivery information to UK customers and members of the Group and providing assistance in checking and authorising invoices related to the transportation of goods.
The person appointed will also be required to answer and transfer incoming telephone calls to relevant personnel within the company.
The position includes the control and ordering of office stationary.
The person required for this position must be computer literate especially in excel and word and have a confident telephone manner.
