The Product Management position is responsible for the full lifecycle of various payment processing services.
Responsibilities include:
· Creation and ongoing maintenance of product roadmaps based on input from a variety of sources, including market research, competitive analysis, product marketing and sales. Collaboration with development and delivery organizations to size work efforts and gain buy-in to roadmap.
· Analysis of market conditions, competition, and product strengths/weaknesses to create product strategy. Business case analysis to justify product strategy and roadmap.
· Collaboration with project management to initiate and complete product roadmap items on time and in-budget.
· Collaboration with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to launch and continually promote products. Creation of sales support materials.
· Ongoing support of Sales team via sales training and strategic deal support.
· Some travel required (10% - 20%).
Required Experience:
· 3+ Years of product management experience, with 7+ years experience in the EFT or EPOS payment services industry.
· Specific experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Card payment gateway services
- ATM processing services
- Payment networks and payment-oriented communications services
- Payment software development
· Experience with business cases, product analysis, and product strategy.
· Successfully launched products to market, including experience with external promotion with press, market analysts, etc.
· Ability to communicate across the organization, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
A certain degree of flexibility (years of experience in EFT and EPOS) will be possible.
