My client based in Hellaby are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing team. The position is a 8 week temporary position that then leads to a permanet contract, therefore you will need to be able to commit on a long term basis.
The successful candidate must be able to:
•Organise the day to day running of the purchase ledger
•Match delivery notes and orders to invoices
•Process onto Navision
•Reconcile supplier statements
•Enter all sub-contract supplier invoices
•Meet strict deadlines
•Job share with other members of the department to provide total flexibility
•Work well within a team
The successful candidate must:
•Have a minimum of Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent.
•Accounting qualifications would be an advantage.
•Be IT literate and competent in Word and Excel.
•Experience in a busy accounting environment would be an advantage.
The candidate should also:
