We are looking for a talented and results driven Customer Service Supervisor to work in a busy environment.
You will be reporting to a member of the Senior Management team, the successful candidate will play a significant role in taking the Customer Service agenda to the next level.
You will provide leadership to the existing team, you will be able to demonstrate success in improving customer retention/take-up whilst taking responsibility for improving the customers’ experience.
This challenging position requires strong communication and influencing skills; outstanding organisation and administration capability as well as the drive to make things happen.
