A security systems company in Chesterfield are looking for an Admin & Accounts Assistant to join their team. (This job can be either full or part time, please specify your preference if applying for this position).
The role will be a support function to the Reception Manager, and will involve a range of both administrative and accounts duties. You will be involved with the admin of purchasing activities including inputting purchase orders to the computer system, tracking orders/purchases and following up where necessary. You will also undertake other admin duties such as photocopying, filing, reception work, producing documentation and using the computer system.
This is a new position, and will involve providing admin support to a number of different projects and departments within the company. There is potential in the future with this company, for the right candidate.
There is no specific experience required for this position, although you should have had some exposure to an office environment, and be computer literate. The salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a permanent position which could be either part time (for example 20 hours over 5 days per week) or full time hours.
