An exciting opportunity to join this international IT firm with UK head offices in Sheffield. This challenging role will see you being responsible for managing all the administrative staff and procedures in 4 UK offices and also remotely managing offices in Norway and Belgium.
You will establish and develop policies and procedures and ensure that all offices run in conjunction with each other. You will assist in staff recruitment and development and monitor & set budgets.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be responsible for visiting the European offices at regular intervals (at least every 3 months).
We seek a highly skilled candidate with masses of business administration and supervisory experience. You must have a relevant business administration qualification and have experience of managing a multi-site operation. The ability to speak French or Norwegian would be advantageous but not essential.
