Our client a multi-sector Design and Manufacturing Company based within South Yorkshire, due to continued expansion has the requirement for a proactive and motivated CAD Manager to join their design team.
We are looking for candidate with 'hands on' experience within a design office as well as a suitable level of supervisory/managerial experience. This is a responsible position and will form a key part of the overall manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be expected to work as a CAD engineer as well as managing a busy department.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Well honed man management skills.
*Be capable of implementing change as required and drive this area of business forward.
*Be proficient in AutoCAD with exposure to Solid Edge and the programming of CNC machine tools.
