    Due to a focused expansion program we are looking for
    ambitious and talented sales professionals to join a newly established firm based in Sheffield City Centre

    Position: Business 2 Business Sales Consultant
    Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
    Salary: £16,250pa OTE £22,000 uncapped

    Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm

    BENEFITS: UNCAPPED COMMISSION, 22 - 27 days holiday, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, private healthcare, life insurance, eye care scheme.

    THE CANDIDATE

    We need people with a business to business sales background. They will need a can do attitude, a strong sense of commitment with initiative and willingness to prospect, make appointments and close orders, they must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have a real desire to succeed.

    We are looking for people with gravitas, who have a strong, dedicated work ethic and proven track record. You need to be extremely confident in your ability to prospect before considering this role. We need people who are strongly motivated by money and success.

    The basic salary is £16,250 pa. On target earning are £22,000-£30,000. Commission is, however, open ended so there is great potential to earn much more.

    TRAINING

    The first two weeks is spent on induction training and this will include a corporate induction where you will be introduced to the company values: Pride, Passion, People, Performance, and Pace, as well as the company history further to this you will then be introduced to a product knowledge course, which outlines our product range.

    JOB ROLE

    Each consultant has a database to manage and of which you will be expected to develop.

    The 1st month is classed as training. The role is based around achievement of high activity levels, once completed the consultant is expected to set up demonstrations with prospective clients, introduce the company and its range of beneficial products.
