The purpose of the roles is to support the Sales Force and deal with all sales queries from external customers.
The key aspects of this role include handling telephone queries from internal and external customers, processing orders and defects whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved.
You will also be responsible for dealing with buyers, quoting prices and ensuring correct procedures are followed with reference to customer charges.
Your communication skills will be excellent, as you will be expected to liaise closely with the despatch department, fitters and installation managers.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for general administration duties.
In order to fulfil the role, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
