| DUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER - SHEFFIELD We are looking for dynamic, positive, creative and commercial duty operations managers for a well established contact centre in Sheffield city centre. You will be responsible for managing a number of team managers and will be responsible for the centre in the operations manager's absence. This is a great opportunity for a 'hands on' people manager with broad experiences in service based industries who can bring drive, passion and enthusiasm to the role. You will be key in driving the service levels to the customer and ensuring all internal and external relationships are managed in a professional and proactive fashion. Other duties will include mystery shopping, real time coaching, managing and overseeing succession planning, working with Communication and Quality teams to deliver company standards, actively work towards reducing attrition etc etc Package will be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000. The centre is open from 9am til late into the night so you will need to be flexible and be free to work evenings and weekends.
