| An opportunity has arisen with our client for an ambitious, customer focused self starter to join there established internal sales team. The purpose of the role is to provide a high level of customer service whilst exploring sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Duties include: Preparing quotations, Customer service/handling calls and orders, Order processing, Quotes follow up calls. You will need to have at least one years' experience in a busy sales office, have a good telephone manner and be customer service orientated. You need to be PC literate and be able to multitask. If you have any sales exposure this would be an advantage. This role is sales orientated but it is not making cold calls and needs more customer service focus. Salary will be commensurate with experience but be a package of Circa £14-16K of which approx 90% will be basic salary and 10% Bonus. |
