Our client, an internationally renowned leader in the Construction industry, have an opening for an experienced Construction Site Manager. You will use your exceptional management skills to ensure the smooth running of a new, high profile project based in Sheffield. Type of projects include; New Build Commercial, PFI/PPP and Interior/Refurb.
As Construction Site Manager you will:
Co-ordinate and manage all trades, along with a proven track record in monitoring and driving forward the performance of subcontractors to deliver projects on time.
Have sound knowledge of site safety, ensuring that H&S policies and CDM regulations are adhered to at all times, as well as possessing your CSCS Managers card.
Hold responsibility for the provision of materials.
Ensure that quality is monitored and maintained.
Ideally hold 3 years experience in a management or supervisory role within the construction industry.
Identify potential problems in the Construction process and proactively provide and implement contingency plans.
As Construction Site Manager you will be working for an internationally renowned leader in the Construction industry, delivering high quality, multi-million pound projects to many Blue Chip clients throughout the world. My client has developed a strong reputation for delivery value whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
The successful applicant can expect a basic salary of up to £45,000 pa - corresponding with your experience. You will also be eligible for an executive level company car/car allowance along with other fringe benefits which include performance/profit bonus, health care and pension schemes.
