To create high quality leads for the corporate and public sector sales teams through inbound and outbound call handling, in line with centrally managed marketing campaigns.
Contact potential customers using data supplied by marketing to follow up on marketing activity at all times endeavoring to record relevant information for the sales team and creating qualified sales opportunities.

Ideally have 2 years experience in a Call centre environment
To have an in depth knowledge of our products and services and those of our competitors, particularly those relevant to the Corporate and Public sector customer base.
Literacy – ability to communicate effectively through written reports, presentations and letters.
Numeracy – ability to deal with figures.
Academic – GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and mathematics essential.
Technical/ professional –
Professional telephone manner
Ability to understand Key Performance Indicators and plan activity to achieve both team and individual KPI’s
Business to Business call centre sales environment experience essential
Time management to enable effective activity management to meet call targets
Good oral and written communication
