Immediate start in Sheffield City for an award winning company offering excellent benefits including lunch onsite, use of a gym, free drinks and use of pool table.
This role will start Monday 19th May to work in this excellent call centre on the billing team working Mon-Fri 11.30-8pm temp-perm opportunity
Proven track record within a busy customer service team.
Assist to resolve customer related billing issues and complaints, including all customer communications. Carry out customer billing reconciliation including the detailed breakdown customer billing accounts.
preparation and subsequent processing (after suitable authorisation) of various billing adjustments as required.
Must have knowledge of billing processes and procedures.
" A reasonable understanding of internet products and services.
" Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
" Numerate, ability to understand complex accounts.
" Should possess a high degree of customer service skills.
" A high standard of computer skills, especially with word processing for report writing and spreadsheet packages would be advantageous.
" Carry out customer billing reconciliation including the detailed breakdown customer billing accounts.
" Works well either independently or as part of a team and will be able to assist and support other team members as required.
" Works well under pressure and must be able to work to deadlines
