I am currently recruiting for an experienced Secretary to work within the Personal Injury department in the Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be required to provide Senior Secretarial assistance
This position will be on a job share basis therefore you will be required to cover holidays for the other job share employee. The hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week – Wednesday 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Thursday and Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a heavy workload; therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative.
In addition, you will be dealing with a high volume of telephone calls so a good telephone manner and the confidence to deal with a wide range of people will be important.
You should possess excellent audio typing skills with typing speeds of at least 65 wpm, RSA typing stage 3 and good GCSE’s / O Level passes including Maths and English. Experience in a legal secretarial role is essential
