Our client based in Sheffield are looking for a Call Handler to join their company.
You will be a part of one of the fastest growing law firms in the country, currently employing almost 2,000 staff in the UK. They are ranked amongst the top 10 UK law firms, and handle a broad portfolio of work. The role involves being part of a team of 6 to 14 Call Handlers responding to Inbound, Outbound and Web Enquiries. This is a busy role and will be responding to approximately 300 - 6000 calls per day!
You should have previous proven experience in a client/customer care role, have the ability to prioritise, work as part of a team and possess excellent oral and written communication skills in a professional manner.
