Manufacturing Engineer
The Role:
Development/improvement of production methods and procedures; Investigation of manufacturing challenges and identification of suitable solutions; Programming of CNC machine tools (some up to 10 meters in length) with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens and Fagor controls using the CAM system Edgecam.
The Person:
Qualified to HNC level in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical discipline. At least 3 years experience in a high technology production environment. A background in Continuous Improvement and knowledge of Kaizen principals is highly desirable and the ability to work within a team and demonstrate good people skills is essential.
