Full Description:
Working for a prestigious company who provide information & guidance to the health & social care sector this role would involve :
>Supporting the cust serv/admin manager ensuring smooth running of the office & covering all areas of administration duties
>Use & maintain database records, supporting the preparation of reports on request
>Prepare documents, monitor all queries, contribute to research which informs planning & responds to customer enquiries
>Providing relevant cover when necessary
>Good personal time management & prioritisation skills to meet conflicting demands

The successful candidate will possess :
>High customer service levels
>Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
>Good knowledge of general office/admin functions with an excellent telephone manner
>RSA level II and minimum of 3 (A - C) GCSE's or equivalent including English
