Branch Partner (Property)

The Job Role
We are looking for a professional and experienced individual to become a Branch Partner at our clients property company based in South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a stake in a branch, as part of an independent chain. Your job role will include fully qualifying all potential customers (buyers and sellers) using agreed documentation and procedures. You will arrange appointments as soon as possible between Financial Consultants and potential customers who have been suitably qualified. You will maintain close contact with Financial Consultant at all times to ensure that CAFS services are fully marketed to vendors and potential buyers. Additional duties will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities, providing property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers and arranging viewings for potential buyers as soon as possible and subsequently follow up.
The Successful Candidate
Will first and foremost need to be in a strong financial position whereby they can invest in and purchase a stake in a branch. Candidates will need to have previous property and estate agency experience and a sound knowledge of the current market. You will need to be comfortable liaising with a variety of people and will have excellent IT and communication skills as well asfinancial backing for start up costs.
