We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to support the delivery of learner support services to our students. You will provide administrative support to the learner support team and the student support portfolio, and you will be responsible for delivering some of our services for students.
With advanced communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English you will be in charge of producing information for students and staff in printed form and online. You will be an advanced user of Microsoft applications and should be able to deliver complex projects without direct supervision.
Working as part of the Learner Support Team you will be expected to contribute to the development and delivery of two of the services - International Student Support and Education Guidance. You will be working closely with academic staff with lead responsibility for International Student Support and Education Guidance, the Learner Support Team Manager, the Head of Student Support Portfolio and the administrative staff delivering services for international students.
You will be capable of establishing and developing effective working relationships with colleagues in the University to contribute to the work of the team.
The job also involves regular contact with students face-to-face, telephone and email.
