| Wireless Network Engineer - WLAN Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Job type: Permanent Description: UK market leader in the provision of wireless security, monitoring, and communications systems to the Holiday Park market, with over 250 customers across the UK have recently established an Internet Services business developing WiFi networks for holiday parks, providing internet access and VOIP services to holiday home owners and visitors. Also install wireless CCTV systems. Currently looking to strengthen our technical team with the recruitment of an additional Wireless Network Engineer. This is a very hands on role and will encompass all aspects of wireless site surveys, network design, installation, configuration, monitoring, network and end-user support. Due to the nature of our customer base, the role will require extensive travel around the UK. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of IEEE 802.11, TCP/IP and Ethernet technologies and be proficient in setting up wireless LAN and IP networks. Looking for a well rounded individual who has at least 2-3 years of solid technical experience and is looking for a new challenge within an ambitious company. |
