Fantastic opportunity to join one of the World’s leading chain of hotels as a conference and banqueting manager. Based at a prestigious 4 star Hotel in Central Sheffield, the main scope of this role is to drive conference and banqueting sales using innovative marketing strategies to increase both revenue and market share.
You will ensure the smooth running of events liaising closely with the Food and Beverage team and revenue manage meeting and banqueting sales. You will also be expected to maintain and stimulate conference sales / events and carry out administration procedures as required.
The successful candidate will possess experience of a similar role and sound commercial acumen. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to lead a small team.
