The opportunity:
As the Cash Reconciliations Team Leader you will take ownership and be responsible for reporting, exposure resolution and delivering a quality and efficient reconciliations process.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of individuals. In addition to overseeing the team’s normal day-to-day tasks you will work in conjunction with the manager on a variety of ad-hoc assignments/projects.
Your background:
You will have proven supervisory and cash reconciliations experience in a high volume UK / International Banking Environment. Furthermore you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of coaching and developing individuals.
