Our role is to help companies manage their global content in order to drive consistency of brand across global markets and accelerate the time it takes them to deliver their product in different languages across the world. We do this by providing software and services that automate and manage the process of authoring, translating and publishing all information across the corporation.

    A Software Developer is required to join a small team developing mission-critical, internal, and predominantly web-based software.

    In addition to strong technical ability the ideal candidate should be able to respond to rapidly expanding needs, should possess both the willingness and the ability to pick up new skills, have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently as part of a team. The software you write will be predominantly internal, but may also be customer-facing.

    Skills and experience

    • Excellent SQL skills preferably in SQL Server
    • Strong experience with web based software development in ASP or ASP.NET.
    • Experience developing with the following additional technologies is also highly desirable: C#, C++, XML/XSL, COM+, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2003, IIS.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
    • You must have an agile approach to your job and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
    • You must be able to operate as part of a team and work under pressure.

    Responsibilities
    • You will be expected to have involvement in all the stages of the software lifecycle; specification, prototyping, development, testing, implementation and support.
    • You will report to a software development manager, with exposure to all levels of management within the company (from the CEO down).
