This role is challenging and requires an individual who has the ability to inspire and motivate Learners into becoming the Hairdresser/Nail Technicians of the future. All OTC programmes have weekly training sessions where the underpinning knowledge of both theory and practical are delivered.
Experience in a teaching role is important, but not essential, we are looking for creative individuals who have the ability to make learning interesting, to deliver quality sessions and who have a true passion for the Hair and Beauty Industry.
