Full Description:
The majority of OTC programmes are work based, which means the learners are either in placement or employed by local Salons. Our Training Consultants are available for learners to contact and access quickly to ensure they are given every opportunity possible to gain assessments and support at work. The role also entails one to one support, mentoring and carrying out progress reviews with learners and employers. This role links closely with the Tutors.

Prior Qualifications needed: D32/D33 or A1 Units are essential.
